Product Overview:
Semi-welded plate heat exchanger is a heat exchanger that uses two plates to be laser welded along the sealing groove, and the plate pairs are sealed with gaskets and clamped in the middle of the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate in a superimposed form.
This equipment uses cassette plate group technology instead of ordinary plates. In each plate group, non-dangerous media flows on the gasket side, and dangerous media flows in the middle of the welded plate. The combination of alternating gaskets and welding processes ensures that the media will not mix. There is a unique sealing system for high-pressure and vacuum applications. There is a customized, damage-resistant annular gasket on the welding side. Our semi-welded plate heat exchangers have a long product life and provide safe, leak-free operation, greatly reducing the exposed gasket area.
