The fully welded plate heat exchanger absorbs the advantages of the detachable plate heat exchanger and makes up for the shortcomings of the tube heat exchanger. It is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchange equipment. On the basis of the original semi-welded heat exchanger, the gasket is completely eliminated. It can be used in medium-pressure and medium-temperature applications. It retains the full countercurrent heat exchange characteristics of the detachable heat exchanger. It is 3-5 times more efficient than the traditional shell and tube heat exchanger. According to the application requirements, the plate and frame type is divided into three types: non-detachable, single-side detachable, and double-side detachable. The fully welded plate heat exchanger expands the application range of the gasket heat exchanger and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (≤300 degrees), high pressure resistance (≤40bar), corrosion resistance and high heat transfer efficiency.
